The working process of screw air compressor is divided into four processes: suction, sealing and conveying, compression and exhaust. When the screw rotates in the shell, the air between the screw and the shell mesh through the air intake and the oil, the gear rotation seals the oil and delivers the oil to the exhaust port. During the delivery, the gear gap gradually decreases and the oil and gas is compressed. When the gear rotates to the exhaust port of the shell, the oil and gas mixture with higher pressure is discharged from the body.

The gas control pipeline of the machine adopts stainless steel joints and pipelines to avoid poor working of the inlet valve caused by corrosion of the pipeline.

Equipped with quick pipe connector for easy maintenance.

The pipe uses Italian Manuli, reliable quality and guaranteed quality.

The gas pipeline clip is installed at the oil return pipe, which can avoid oil leakage caused by the loose of the joint.

The air outlet is equipped with a quick interface that can connect to the air gun to facilitate the user to blow dust and clean the case.

The oil lens is thickened, and the rubber ring is isolated between the oil and gas barrel wall to avoid oil leakage caused by the rupture of the oil lens caused by high temperature.

Standard temperature control valve can make smooth lubrication of the equipment at low frequency and low noise, and avoid the equipment due to light load and long time low temperature operation, resulting in lubricating oil emulsification and serious damage to the equipment. The oil filter is properly installed and can be disassembled and replaced as long as the chassis door is opened.

How is the product model named?

J represents Jinyuan series products, number represents nominal power (KW), A represents air cooled, W represents water cooled, YC represents permanent magnet frequency conversion direct transmission type.

How long is the replacement time of lubricating oil, oil filter, oil fine separator and air filter element?

In general, the replacement time is after use of 2500~3000h. The lubricating oil and oil filter of new machine should be changed after use of 500h. Different use environment and scene, the replacement time will also be different.
