Project Overview:
The company needs to increase the air compressor to expand the production. The air compressor requires that: the exhaust capacity is 17m³/min, and the exhaust pressure is 0.8MPa. Because it is the food manufacturing industry, the compressed air must be oil-free and clean.
Project Challenge:
When the exhaust volume and exhaust pressure are met, the compressed air needs to be oil-free and clean.
Solution:
The scheme given by Jinyuan is to use two single screw water-lubricated variable frequency conversion air compressor which model number is JS-55AYC. The exhaust pressure is 0.8MPa and the exhaust capacity is 9 m3/min. In the selection of post-processing equipment, Jinyuan is equipped with cold dryer and adsorption cold dryer. When the pressure dew point is as low as -70℃, it can effectively remove more water in the compressed air. After C, T, A three-stage filtration, it can effectively filter the particles above 0.01 microns, so as to provide oil-free dry and clean compressed air.
