Screw vacuum pump is a pair of screws, in the pump chamber of screw vacuum pump for the synchronous reverse direction of the high-speed operation. When the studio volume in the pump chamber becomes more small and connected with the inlet pipe of the pump, the gas enters the pump suction chamber until the suction chamber is larger and again separated from the air inlet. When the volume decreases, the gas is compressed until the pressure of the gas is greater than one atmospheric pressure and the exhaust valve is opened to drain the gas.

J represents Jinyuan series products, Z represents vacuum Pump, number represents nominal power (KW), A represents air cooled, W represents water cooled, YC represents permanent magnet frequency conversion direct transmission type.

How long is the replacement time of lubricating oil, oil filter, oil fine separator and air filter element?

In general, the replacement time is after use of 2500~3000h. The lubricating oil and oil filter of new machine should be changed after use of 500h. Different use environment and scene, the replacement time will also be different.
