The operation principle of the screw blower is that two parallel Yin and Yang rotors engage each other in the "∞" shaped cylinder to form the working volume. Through the synchronous gear, the rotor rotates at high speed. With the size of the working volume of the rotor, the gas compression is realized in the process of gas transmission. The working cycle of the screw blower can be divided into three processes: suction, compression and exhaust.

Main features

Performance

The oil-free screw blower is based on the principle of thermal insulation compression, the total efficiency is more than 75%, more than 20% -35% energy saving than rots blower, higher exhaust pressure and lower pressure pulse. The pneumatic noise of the screw rotor is very small, the smooth output eliminates the sudden release of internal air, the wave inlet and vent outlet minimize the airflow fluctuation, and the fan noise is 30-40 decibels lower than the traditional Ross fan.
