Project Overview:
Before the transformation of the project, Guangdong Xiongsu had six 75kW air compressors, only 5 of which were in operation. The exhaust pressure of the air compressor is 0.65MPa, the total power is 375kW, and the annual power consumption is more than 3 million degrees. Solution:
The scheme given by Jinyuan is to use two dual-stage screw frequency conversion air compressor which model number is J-160WEYC, and the equipment is a national first-class energy efficiency product. After the replacement of the product, the energy saving per hour under the same exhaust pressure of 0.65MPa is about 61kW, the annual power consumption is reduced by about 50 thousand degrees of electricity, and the energy saving effect can reach 16.6%. The energy saving effect is obvious and valuable, which also to meet the customer energy saving needs at the same time.

Project Challenge:
1. The gas consumption demand is not large, and the need for energy saving 2. The voice is relatively quiet in the hospital
3. The fluctuation range of gas is large

Solution:
The hospital demand for air displacement is small, which usually use the piston machine, but the noise of piston machine is loud. Compare with piston machine ,the screw air compressor is quieter. The common screw air compressor generally has large power, large exhaust capacity, easy to cause gas waste, insufficient environmental protection and energy saving. Therefore, it is recommended to use the oil-free vortex frequency conversion air compressor. The following are the characteristics of this air compressor:
1. The vortex air compressor has less exhaust capacity and 0.4m³ / min to meet customer needs.
2. The sound of the vortex air compressor is small and only 57dB (A) after tested.
3. Permanent magnet frequency conversion can adjust the exhaust volume of the air compressor, which provide gas according to the pressure demand, to achieve energy saving effect.
4. Vortex air compressor is dry rotating compressed air, no lubricating oil involved in the compression process, so can provide clean compressed air.
Screw compressor is composed of a pair of parallel and engaged Yin and Yang screws, which is the most widely used in rotary compressor, divided into two kinds: single screw and double screw. The shaft seal structure is used in the screw compressor to maintain the sealing structure. And the general shaft seal structure can not adapt to the axial movement of the shaft rod, and the sliding friction inside the shaft seal structure is large, the structure is easy to be damaged, not convenient for long-term use.
The screw compression host of Jinyuan uses high efficiency shaft seal structure, compared with the existing technology, static ring made of phosphorus bronze material, phosphorus bronze has higher corrosion resistance, wear resistance, impact does not spark, has automatic centering, can be radial load at the same time, the lubrication without maintenance characteristics, reduce the axial stress of the shaft. The rolling rod is a shape structure, and the outer surface of the rolling rod is set with threads. Compared with the plane fitting method, it can compensate the axial movement of the shaft, reduce the requirements of shaft seal assembly, and strengthen the sealing performance, which can change the sliding friction to rolling friction, and reduce the friction performance.
