6. Reasons for low exhaust pressure or reduced exhaust volume of screw air compressor and treatment methods.
The possible causes include:
(1) Air filter blockage, resulting in reduced air intake;
(2) The inlet valve is poorly operated and is not fully opened;
(3) The oil and gas separator is blocked, resulting in too large internal resistance;
(4) The discharge solenoid valve fails to produce internal leakage;
(5) The pressure setting is too low or the pressure sensor fails, and the pressure sensor sampling pipe is damaged, leaked or has liquid water;
(6) The aging and leakage of the user pipe network and gas consumption equipment, resulting in large gas consumption;
(7) New gas point, the actual gas consumption is greater than that of the air compressor;
(8) The aging host of the air compressor is seriously worn, resulting in reduced exhaust volume.
Troubleshooting:
Check the above possible causes. In the face of sudden failure, after asking whether to add new air points and whether to change the air compressor setting, focus to check the air valve and pressure sensor. Some of the once enough but now not enough are mostly caused by gas leakage, gas equipment aging, and the decreased performance of the air compressor itself.
7. Reasons and treatment methods of high exhaust pressure of screw air compressor.
The possible causes include:
(1) Pressure setting is too high;
(2) Poor contact or damage of the pressure sensor;
(3) The inlet valve fails, resulting in no unloading after exceeding the set shutdown pressure.
Troubleshooting:
First of all, check whether the setting pressure is high, and then judge whether the pressure sensor is working normally, repair or replace the pressure sensor, eliminate the fault caused by the intake valve lag, if necessary, should be replaced.
8. Reasons and treatment method of high temperature jump machine of screw air compressor.
High temperature machine is a common fault of screw air compressor, especially in summer. The possible causes include:
(1) Insufficient amount of lubricating oil, incorrect lubricating oil specification;
(2) Insufficient cooling water quantity, high cooling water temperature;
(3) the oil solenoid valve is not electric or the coil is damaged, the oil solenoid valve diaphragm rupture or aging;
(4) The ambient temperature exceeds the prescribed range;
(5) Oil cooler is blocked;
(6) There is a cooling fan motor fault and the cooling fan damage for the air-cooled air compressor. The exhaust pipe is not smooth or the exhaust resistance (back pressure) and other reasons;
(7) Thermal control valve (temperature control valve) fault;
(8) The oil filter is blocked, resulting in a smaller oil flow rate;
(9) Temperature sensor fault.
Troubleshooting:
(1) Check the amount of lubricating oil, if it is lower than "L", you should supplement the lubricating oil;
(2) Check the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water, and check the inlet water temperature;
(3) If the temperature control valve is judged to damage, repair and replace;
(4) The air compressor room should not be higher than 45℃; if the requirements are not met, increase the exhaust air and reduce the room temperature;
(5) Check the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the cooler, the normal temperature difference is 5~8℃, if more than 9℃, the oil cooler pipeline may be blocked, if less than 5℃, may be the oil cooler pipe wall scale, can be cleaned by cleaning agent;
(6) Repair and replace the cooling fan, the exhaust pipe is not smooth or the exhaust resistance is clean with high pressure air;
(7) Check whether the oil is cooled by the oil cooler, if not, continue to check whether the action of the thermal control valve (temperature control valve) is normal, the most common fault of the temperature control valve is stuck due to carbon deposition, the maintenance method only needs to remove the valve core and use the carbon deposition cleaning agent after cleaning;
(8) Replace the oil filter;
(9) Repair or replace the temperature sensor.
9. Reasons and treatment method of overload machine (current overload) of screw air compressor.
The possible causes include:
(1) Abnormal power supply voltage, such as too low voltage;
(2) The unit exhaust pressure exceeds the rated pressure, and the motor is overloaded;
(3) Bad wiring, loose wiring, and contactor failure;
(4) The compressor body fault, such as the rotor carbon deposition, friction, entering the foreign body, etc.;
(5) Oil and gas separator is blocked, resulting in large internal resistance.
Troubleshooting:
(1) Eliminate the situation of unstable voltage and low voltage;
(2) Eliminate the situation of high exhaust pressure, and refer to the troubleshooting method of high exhaust pressure mentioned before;
(3) Tighten the power supply wiring, in many cases, the contact contact dirt, ablation is the main cause of overload jump mechanical and electrical gas failure;
(4) The compressor host rotation resistance, which usually requires overhaul of the host; (5) Replace the oil and gas separator.
