1.Two stage intake filtration system in series
Inlet air filter is the key component of the stable operation of screw air compressor. There is a lot of metal cutting dust in the laser cutting environment. When the air filter element is attached to a large amount of metal dust, it will produce deformation with the suction increase of the screw host. At this time, a large amount of metal dust is inhaled into the screw host with the air, resulting in the host and bearing wear, seriously affecting the service life of the screw air compressor. In view of this problem, we should choose the laser air compressor, choose the series 2-stage air intake filtration system, let the inhaled air filtration for two times, effectively reduce the risk of metal dust being inhaled.
2.The permanent magnet motor adopts the high protection grade of IP55
There is a lot of metal cutting dust in the laser cutting environment. Most of the supporting laser air compressors on the market use IP23 motor protection grade, and the gap between the motor rotor and the stator (air gap) is directly connected with the atmosphere. Because the motor rotor is a permanent magnet, the metal dust in the air will attach to the surface of the rotor after entering the motor. When the metal dust accumulates to a certain thickness, it will friction with the stator, leading to the direct burning of the motor. In view of this problem, we choose the laser air compressor should choose a high protection level of the motor, the motor using IP55 closed motor, the heat is dissipated by the motor housing heat sink.
3.The screw host adopts 6 pairs of SKF bearings, heavy load type
The maximum use pressure of the air compressor for laser cutting is 16 bar, which is nearly 2 times more powerful than the conventional 8 bar air compressor. Many in the market follow the consistent practice of low load 8 bar, using 4 pairs of bearings, and the motor is integrated without independent bearing support. The force of the whole motor depends on the 4 pairs of bearings of the screw engine, which seriously affects the service life of the screw engine. So when we choose the laser air compressor, we should choose 6 pairs of imported bearing screw host, and the motor is a split-type structure, with independent bearing support.
4.High efficiency and energy saving, large displacement
