Jinyuan oil-free air compressor meets TUV Class 0 oil-free certification
On July 8,2024, TUV SUD Certification Center came to Guangdong Jinyuan Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., and conducted a grade 0 oil-free certification for our oil-free vortex air compressor.
Jinyuan has a rich product line of oil-free air compressor, star products are mainly Jinyuan vortex air compressor and Jinyuan water injected single screw air compressor, wide power coverage, from 3KW to 315KW.
The test model is JW-08 AYCW, which is a 7.5KW oil-free vortex machine. Test in strict accordance with the IS08573-1:2010, ISO8573-2:2018 and ISO8573-5:2001 specifications.
Step 1: Sampling Use a sampling tube to extract sample air from the main line air flow through appropriate connections and valves. The sampling time is 60minutes. During the entire sampling process, the air flow velocity in the main pipeline and the sampling pipe should be equal.
Step 2: Analysis The oil collected on the filter membrane or membrane sleeve is dissolve in a suitable optical solvent, and the total oil content is measured using infrared spectroscopy.
The final test result is N.D., meaning below the minimum scale of the testing instrument, that is, the machine is level 0 oil-free.
