10. Reasons and treatment methods of abnormal noise of screw air compressor.

The fault phenomenon is mainly the air compressor host vibration, noise, the operation will sometimes emit metal impact sound, uniform percussion sound, friction noise, etc.

The possible causes include:

(1) For the belt conveyor, the belt may be too loose, the main and passive belt groove does not consistent by slipping and howling;

(2) The host fasteners or related accessories become loose;

(3) The bearing of the main engine is damaged, causing mutual friction between the rotor during operation;

(4) The airflow roar is relatively complex. Usually, this noise only occurs in some pressure segments, and the position of the roar may be the inlet valve and the minimum pressure valve.

Troubleshooting: Check for the above possible causes. The abnormal noise caused by the main engine bearing damage needs special attention. It is often an important signal that the nose is about to jam, so the head overhaul should be arranged as soon as possible.

 

11. The cause and treatment method of the filter smoke in the empty screw air compressor.

Fault phenomenon: When the air compressor is unloading, the air filter has smoke discharge.

The possible causes include:

(1) The air inlet valve is not strictly closed or stuck;

(2) Check valve leakage, resulting in excessive discharge of gas;

(3) damaged oil and gas separator;

(4) Heavy car shutdown.

Troubleshooting:

(1) Repair the air inlet valve and replace it if necessary;

(2) Check whether the check valve is worn, if worn, replace;

(3) Replace the oil and gas separator;

(4) Test whether the intake valve is stuck, and add lubricating grease after disassembly and cleaning.

 

12.Reasons for large oil consumption of screw air compressor.

The possible causes include:

(1) The amount of lubricating oil is too much, the correct position should be observed when the unit loading, at this time the oil level should not be higher than half of the oil level mirror;

(2) The return oil pipe blockage;

(3) The distance between the installation of the oil return pipe and the bottom of the oil and gas separator does not meet the requirements:

(4) The unit is operating in a low pressure state for a long time;

(5) Oil and gas separator core rupture;

(6) damage of the oil and gas bucket;

(7) Oil leakage occurs in the oil system or the main engine shaft seal;

(8) Lubricating oil deterioration or overdue use.

Troubleshooting:

(1) Check the oil level and discharge the excess oil;

(2) Remove and clean the return oil pipe;

(3) Adjust the distance between the return oil pipe and the bottom of the oil and gas separator;

(4) Increase the exhaust pressure;

(5) Check and replace the oil and gas separator core;

(6) Check the oil and gas barrel and repair the damaged partition plate;

(7) the elimination of oil leakage phenomenon;

(8) Replace the qualified lubricating oil.

 

13.Reasons and treatment methods of large water content of compressed air system.

The possible causes include:

(1) Cooler leakage;

(2) Frozen dryers or other dryers do not work normally;

(3) The gas storage tank does not release water regularly.

Troubleshooting:

(1) Remove the drain or replace the cooler after leak detection;

(2) Eliminate the fault existing in the frozen dryer or dryer;

(3) Regular water release in the gas storage tank.
