Common faults and causes of compressed air reprocessing equipment

1. What are the reasons why the freezing dryer cannot start?

(1) The air intake air temperature is too high;

(2) The air treatment capacity is too large;

(3) The refrigeration system fails, the compressor is not running, and the control valve part is damaged;

(4) The automatic drainage device is not smooth drainage;

(5) The front filter is drained;

(6) The evaporation pressure and evaporation temperature of the frozen dryer are high.

 

2. What are the reasons for the high-pressure trip of the refrigerated dryer?

(1) The ambient temperature is too high;

(2) Poor ventilation;

(3) The cooling water flow rate is insufficient or the water inlet temperature is too high;

(4) Fan fault;

(5) The setting value of the high-voltage protection switch is not allowed;

(6) the high pressure side of the refrigerant system is blocked;

(7) The refrigeration system has a fault or improper adjustment;

 

(8) The cooling fin surface of the air condenser is dirty, which affects the heat dissipation.

 

3. What are the reasons for the freeze dryer to trip soon after starting?

(1) Power supply voltage is too low, and the compressor is overloaded;

(2) The processing volume is too large;

(3) Improper setting of overcurrent relay or thermal components;

(4) Condenser blockage, high condensation temperature;

(5) The load is too small or long time idling will cause refrigerant low pressure too low cause low pressure trip;

(6) The ambient temperature is too high;

(7) Lack of refrigerant.

 

4. What are the reasons for the high dew point temperature of the frozen dryer?

(1) The air intake air temperature is too high;

(2) Too large air treatment capacity;

(3) The refrigeration system failure, the compressor is not running, and the control valve parts are bad or damaged;

(4) The automatic drainage device is not smooth drainage;

(5) The front filter is drained;

 

(6) The evaporation pressure and evaporation temperature of the frozen dryer are high.

 

5. What is the reason for the premature saturation of the desiccant in the adsorption dryer?

(1) Insufficient regenerative gas volume;

(2) The recycled gas valve can not be discharged out;

(3) During the regeneration cycle, the working tower pressure is not completely decreased (it cannot be reduced to 0.2MPa), resulting in too small pressure difference;

(4) The exhaust muffler is blocked;

(5) The exhaust valve cannot be opened;

(6) The check valve is stuck and cannot be closed normally;

(7) Improper setting;

 

(8) Timer fault.

 

6. The reason and exclusion method why the two towers of no heat regenerative adsorption dryer cannot be switched normally.

The following possible reasons are provided:

(1) The program controller fails, and the solenoid valve does not work (touching the electromagnetic head with iron is unattractive).

(2) The silencer is blocked. When the solenoid valve is opened, the air flow is blocked when the high pressure tank is unloaded, so that the spindle valve driven by the pressure difference can not be switched in time, into three links, through the silencer discharged into the atmosphere, so that the pressure of the two towers drops at the same time.

(3) The solenoid valve does not work (often closed). The solenoid valve coil is damaged or the wiring is loose or the throttle hole is blocked. The tower body of the side of the valve is always at high pressure.

(4) The spindle valve is stuck or seriously leaked, the main airflow leaks, and the pressure drops.

(5) The solenoid valve diaphragm rupture, the tower side of the valve can not protect the pressure (when the pressure, the pressure does not rise, the main air short circuit leakage, the pressure drops).

(6) The throttle valve is not opened in place. At the end of the pressure equalization procedure, the low pressure tank pressure does not rise to the equilibrium pressure, the spindle valve cannot switch normally, and the main air leakage pressure drops sharply.

Exclusion method:

(1) Check the joints and vulnerable parts according to the electrical control instructions, and replace the components or circuit boards;

(2) Remove the silencer, if the equipment returns to normal switch, should replace the silencer or reverse cleaning and then install for use;

(3) Check the wiring and attraction of the solenoid valve to eliminate the foreign bodies in the small hole channel;

(4) Check whether there is any foreign body in the spindle valve cavity, and it is easy to rust in the case of long-term shutdown or over-saturation;

(5) Remove the solenoid valve valve cover and replace the diaphragm;

 

(6) Rotate the throttle valve counterclockwise to increase the regenerative gas volume until the average pressure of the two towers is equal.

 

7.The reason for the large pressure drop of the regenerative adsorption dryer and the elimination method.

Probable cause:

(1) The sorbent is seriously damaged;

(2) Too large flow rate or low working pressure;

(3) Filter (including pipe filter) is blocked.

Exclusion method:

(1) The sorbent is discharge through screening or replacement;

(2) Correct the flow rate and pressure;

 

(3) Change the filter element.
