Air compressor is generally to provide power for pneumatic auxiliary equipment such as dental chairs. The hospital requirements for air compressor are: the exhaust capacity is 0.4m³ / min, and the exhaust pressure is 0.8MPa. Because the work of medical gas equipment is not uniform, so the fluctuation range of gas equipment will be relatively large.

Solution:

The hospital demand for air displacement is small, which usually use the piston machine, but the noise of piston machine is loud. Compare with piston machine ,the screw air compressor is quieter. The common screw air compressor generally has large power, large exhaust capacity, easy to cause gas waste, insufficient environmental protection and energy saving. Therefore, it is recommended to use the oil-free vortex frequency conversion air compressor. The following are the characteristics of this air compressor:

(1) Check the joints and vulnerable parts according to the electrical control instructions, and replace the components or circuit boards;
