Before the transformation of the project, Guangdong Xiongsu had six 75kW air compressors, only 5 of which were in operation. The exhaust pressure of the air compressor is 0.65MPa, the total power is 375kW, and the annual power consumption is more than 3 million degrees. Solution:
The scheme given by Jinyuan is to use two dual-stage screw frequency conversion air compressor which model number is J-160WEYC, and the equipment is a national first-class energy efficiency product. After the replacement of the product, the energy saving per hour under the same exhaust pressure of 0.65MPa is about 61kW, the annual power consumption is reduced by about 50 thousand degrees of electricity, and the energy saving effect can reach 16.6%. The energy saving effect is obvious and valuable, which also to meet the customer energy saving needs at the same time.
6. Reasons for low exhaust pressure or reduced exhaust volume of screw air compressor and treatment methods.
The possible causes include:
