Composition of the compressed air system

The compressed air system is composed of air compressor unit, compressed air buffer tank, compressed air front filter, cold dryer unit (dryer), rear filter (dust removal, water removal, oil removal), control system and other equipment.

Workflow of the air compressor
The air will dust the dust or large particles in the atmosphere through the intake filter, and the intake control valve enters the compressor host. When the air is compressed to the specified pressure value, the minimum pressure valve is opened, and the compressed air is discharged to the cooler (water-cooled or air-cooled) for cooling, and then sent to the subsequent buffer tank equipment.
Compressed air buffer tank
Mainly has the following functions:
(1) play a buffer role, first of all, the buffer tank can make the output gas flow stable, extend the service life of the subsequent purification equipment. Secondly, the gas storage tank is used to balance the stability of the system pressure and reduce the frequent loading and unloading of the air compressor.
(2) Cool water and remove water. The compressed air drops quickly in the gas storage tank, liquetizing a lot of water steam, thus removing a lot of water and oil, and reducing the working load of the subsequent purification equipment.
Pre-filter
The function is to filter out large impurity particles, filter out part of the oil, impurities, to avoid damage to the cold dryer.
Cold dry machine
The function is to cool the compressed air, condense the water in the compressed air, and discharge the water through the automatic drainage valve to get the relatively dry air.
Freeze drier
Because the freeze dryer can not completely remove the water vapor in the air, so the air requirements are particularly strict occasions, need to further through the adsorption dryer, the moisture content in the air control within the required range, the adsorption dryer is in high temperature and high pressure with adsorbent to absorb moisture in the compressed air to achieve the purpose of drying.
